About Me

I'm a thirtysomething gal originally from El Paso, TX, living in Tucson, AZ for almost 10 years now.  I work as an injury claims examiner for a major car insurance company full time and waaay too many hours a week - it pays the bills and pays for my new polishes, so I shouldn't complain (but I still do).  On my downtime, I like listening to music, watching my favorite tv shows, gyming it up and trying new places to nosh at with my girl friends.  I love to hang out with my furry cat child, Sady...

And I looove doing my nails!

I've been doing my own nails since I was an 11 year old in elementary school, when I managed to get my grubby hands on my first 99 cent polish.  It was love at first sight!  In the last 4 years I've become more and more dedicated to my nails after deciding that I would start to "swatch" my collection of polishes for my own reference.  I find the process of doing my nails to be relaxing and therapeutic, especially after a long day at work.  Finally, after many months of saying "I am going to put my manis in a blog", I finally did it. 

I change my polish just about every other day and pick my colors depending on my mood and buy them the just the same.  There is no method to my madness.
